Uma'P,qua from Uma'Pe
Before we establish the Arcos on the surface of our new home, we perform a mapping journey around the single sattelite, which we have named Uma'Pe. It's barren, dusty surface, shows little impact damage from space debris. Indeed, this huge section of space is empty even for an inter-galactic gulf. Our star's closest companion is a main sequence G3 about 133 KiLy from us.
The blue-white giant spiral galaxy in the background is our home galaxy. We are just over 450 KiLy from the edge of our home galaxy, and we have traveled from the farthest side, and through the core to reach this world.
How odd, that a trip that was planned to take four years has
been completed in about one quarter of the time...
